How to make a "Choco Banana Smash"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/4 oz Irish cream
- 1/4 oz vanilla extract
- 1/2 oz light cream
- 1/2 scoop vanilla ice cream
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 oz whipped cream
How to:
- Combine the irish cream, vanilla extract, light cream, vanilla ice cream and banana in a blender with one small scoop of crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into a parfait glass, and top with whipped cream and chocolate sprinkles
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry
- Add a slice of banana on a cocktail pick and place across the top, and serve
