How to make a "Chocolate Banana Sherbet"
Ingredients:
- 4 tsp swiss chocolate almond liqueur
- 1 cup ripe, mashed bananas
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 4 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla
How to:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender
- Blend until smooth and freeze overnight
- Before serving, break up the frozen mixture and blend until smooth with 2 tbsp
- of cold water
- Serve with a spoon in a frosted goblet, and serve
