How to make a "Chocolate Cloud"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz creme de cacao
- 1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
- 1/2 oz whipped cream
How to:
- Pour the creme de cacao into a cocktail glass
- Carefully layer the blue curacao on top by pouring slowly over the back of a teaspoon
- Top with whipped cream
- Sprinkle chocolate shavings across the cream, and serve
