How to make a "Midori Ecstacy"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Midori® melon liqueur
- 1/2 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
- 1 dash lemon juice
- pineapple juice
How to:
- Pour the Midori melon liqueur, rum, blue curacao and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well
- Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
- Top with pineapple juice, to taste, and serve
