How to make a "Coffee Egg Nog"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Scotch whiskey
- 1 oz coffee liqueur
- 6 oz milk
- 1 oz half-and-half
- 1 tsp sugar syrup
- 1/2 tsp instant coffee
- 1 egg
How to:
- Combine all ingredients in a blender with half a cup of crushed ice
- Blend until smooth
- Pour into a collins glass, sprinkle with nutmeg, and serve
