How to make a "Cool Carlos"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz dark rum
- 2 oz cranberry juice
- 2 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- 1 splash sweet and sour mix
How to:
- Combine all ingredients (except curacao) in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well
- Pour into a collins glass and float curacao on top
- Garnish with pineapple and orange slices and a maraschino cherry, and serve
