How to make a "Danish Gin Fizz"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz cherry heering
- 1 tsp Kirschwasser® cherry brandy
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
- 2 1/2 oz soda water
How to:
- Pour the gin, cherry heering, kirsch, lime juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes
- Gently stir in the soda/sparkling water
- Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of lime
