How to make a "Diamond Head"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1/2 oz apricot brandy
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp superfine sugar
- 1/2 egg white
How to:
- Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice cubes in a cocktail shaker
- Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve
