How to make a "Dry Hole"
Ingredients:
- 1 oz white rum
- 1/2 oz apricot brandy
- 1/2 oz Cointreau® orange liqueur
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 4 oz club soda
How to:
- Pour the white rum, apricot brandy, Cointreau and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes
- Fill with club soda, stir briefly and serve
