How to make an "Eagle Cocktail"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz gin
- 3/4 oz creme de violette
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 egg white
How to:
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake vigorously
- Strain into a wine glass, and serve
