How to make an "Edith Day Cocktail"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz dry gin
- 1 oz grapefruit juice
- 1 egg white
- 1/2 tsp sugar
How to:
- Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake vigorously
- Pour over shaved ice in a champagne flute, and serve
