How to make a "French Foam"
Ingredients:
- 1/2 oz brandy
- 1/2 oz Kirschwasser® cherry brandy
- 1 1/2 oz sugar syrup
- 3 dashes Angostura® bitters
- 7 oz dry sparkling wine
How to:
- Pour all ingredients into a highball glass
- Add a dusting of lemon or orange sherbet on top, and serve
