How to make a "Happy Colada"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz coconut rum
- 1 1/2 oz Blue Curacao liqueur
- 6 oz pineapple juice
How to:
- Shake all ingredients with ice in a cocktail shaker
- Strain into a collins glass 3/4 filled with ice, and serve
