How to make a "Cordial Cooler"
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Bacardi® white rum
- 3 rock melon chunk
- 3 pineapple chunk
- 1 tbsp sugar
- orange squash
How to:
- Muddle rockmelon and pineapple chunks with sugar in the bottom of a highball glass
- Add Bacardi white rum and a few ice cubes
- Top with orange squash (premixed with water as per normal cordial ratio)
