How to make a "Moulin Rouge Cocktail"

Ingredients:

1 1/2 oz sloe gin
3/4 oz sweet vermouth
1 dash bitters

How to:

Stir ingredients together in a mixing glass half-filled with cracked ice
Strain into a cocktail glass, and serve
