How to make a "Mulled Claret"
Ingredients:
- 5 oz claret
- 1 dash bitters
- 1 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
How to:
- Combine all ingredients in a saucepan
- Bring to the boil, stirring occasionally
- Pour into a mug, and serve
