How to make a "Nijinski Blini"
Ingredients:
- 1 oz vodka
- 2 oz pureed peaches
- 1/2 oz lemon juice
- 1 splash peach schnapps
- 1 splash chilled Champagne
How to:
- Pour all ingredients over some crushed ice in a champagne flute
- Stir gently, and serve
