How to make an "Over the Rainbow"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz spiced rum
- 1 oz Orange Curacao liqueur
- 2 scoops rainbow sherbert
- 4 slices peeled peaches
- 2 strawberries
How to:
- Combine all ingredients with one cup of crushed ice in a blender
- Blend until smooth, and pour into a parfait glass
- Garnish with a strawberry and a slice of peach, and serve
