How to make a "Peppermint Park"
Ingredients:
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz sweetened lemon juice
- 4 - 6 oz Champagne
How to:
- Pour the gin and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes
- Shake well, and strain into a large champagne flute
- Top with champagne, add a straw, and serve
